Welcome! My name is Kisha Formica, and I’m the founder of Sugar Mill Body Renewal, a private therapeutic massage practice located in the heart of Sugar Mill Pond in Youngsville, Louisiana. With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, my passion lies in helping people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies in deeply restorative ways. My work is rooted in a customized, results-oriented approach. Whether you are recovering from injury, navigating chronic pain, managing stress, or simply looking to optimize your physical health, I design each session to meet your specific goals. Clients often tell me they’ve “never had a massage like this before.” That’s because every session is built with intention, combining advanced techniques like deep tissue work, joint manipulation, passive stretching, and trigger point therapy to release restrictions and restore mobility — all while creating a space for deep relaxation and renewal. I hold national board certifications through the NCBTMB and ABMP and am licensed in the state of Louisiana (LA10159). I’ve trained at prestigious institutions including Mueller College in San Diego, and I continue to pursue ongoing education to bring the most effective modalities to my clients.
